Mario checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome. Our bedding was so comfortable, and we appreciated the automated room darkening shade. It’s a pleasure to see more hotels adopting refillable shower amenities (instead of all that plastic waste). I wish all hotel gave us the “continuous fan” option, because we slept better without the fan clicking on and off. Very nice experience!

Comfortable bed with pillows of different thickness and firmness. Size of the room was great, big bathroom had a tub. Traveling with our little dog we were treated friendly and were allowed to bring him to breakfast. Dog grass area had free poop bags and covered trash can.

So close to WPI. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Loved the tv stand! Perfect for my laptop and food while on the couch. Spacious bathroom Spacious room Perfect pillows Great breakfast with several options Reliable gym equipment each time I visit

The size of the room including bathroom. The plumbing (toilet) was very good - better than most hotels I stayed in. Impressed by the attention from the breakfast staff. Very clean areas.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly. It felt very safe, especially having to scan your key to go up a floor in the elevator. We got there 30 mins early and they let us check in. Breakfast was good & free. Kids enjoyed pool.

Great breakfast spread. Perfect location since my son goes to WPI. Clean rooms, well appointed. Responsive staff when heater not working. Cozy beds. Good array of choices on tv. Love the three wire rack drawers to use instead of other options usually. Serviceable fridge and like the walk in shower. Gym equipment in good working order.

Great location - felt very safe there. Excellent breakfast choices and free parking was easy to use. It was nice not to have to check out until noon:) Very nice rooms with refrigerator, microwave and great shower.
